What happens at the site visit?
We walk the job and measure. We ask what you want. You get a short write-up after.
Who handles permits?
We prepare and file the permit papers. We book each inspection too.
Can we stay home during the work?
Often yes. We hang dust walls and plan noisy work for daytime. For a big job, we talk it through first.
How do you set the price?
We price from the drawings. You see every line in writing before we start. If something changes, we write it up and you sign first.
